Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two bail applications were filed with the same P.S. case number as Kursela P.S. Case No. 131 of 2020. He further submits that petitioner has been granted bail vide order dated 20.02.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 38401 of 2020. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present application.
Accordinlgy, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
