The appellant/petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 40668 of 2013 under order dated 27.01.2014 by the then another Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. One of the grounds for consideration of bail of the appellant/petitioner was that the appellant/petitioner had no criminal antecedent, annexed as Annexure-1 to the present appeal.

In compliance to the said order dated 27.01.2014, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40668 of 2013, the appellant/petitioner

never appeared before the learned court below and furnish bail bond. In the year, 2020, the appellant again preferred the present Criminal Appeal seeking bail stating that the appellant has four criminal cases pending against him.

Earlier bail granted to the appellant/petitioner was on misrepresentation of the facts and the present Criminal Appeal has been filed after lapse of period of six years.

I find no reason to entertain the present Criminal Appeal for grant of anticipatory bail filed on behalf of the appellant which was filed after six long years.

Accordingly, the present Criminal Appeal is dismissed in connection with Sachiwalaya P.S. Case No. 21/2013, pending in the court of learned Additional District & Sessions JudgeVIII-cum-Special Judge SC/ST Act, Patna.
