The matter has been taken up today for consideration through video conferencing.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of five accused four have been allowed bail from the learned Court below. The learned counsel is, therefore, under instructions to withdraw this bail application.
Without any opposition from the learned APP, who has appeared through virtual mode, the same is permitted to be withdrawn.
This Court would expect that the petitioner’s counsel would honour his undertaking in the instant proceedings
