Learned counsel for the State has submitted that a supplementary show cause on behalf of the opposite party no.6 has been filed. Attention of this Court has been drawn towards paragraph 10 of the said supplementary show cause which reads as under:-
“10. That the S.H.O., Samastipur, vide his Memo No.214 dated 05.02.2020, reported that a constable has been deputed with the writ petitioner for his security which continues still. The writ petitioner has been assured to start his construction work but the writ petitioner has not started his construction work till the date.

However, Sector Mobile and Patrolling parties have been directed for security of the writ petitioner during construction work.”
Taking note of the aforesaid stand of the opposite
party no.6, this Court finds no reason to proceed with the present contempt application.
