The present contempt application has been filed as the opposite parties have not complied with the order dated 11.10.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7011 of 2010.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the opposite parties were to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the order dated 03.04.2017 passed in S.L.P No. 4776-
Patna High Court MJC No.2701 of 2019(3) dt.13-02-2020 2/2
4777/2017. In pursuance to the said order passed by the Writ Court, an order has been passed vide Annexure-4 taking into account the order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court as well as by the Writ Court.
Considering the same, since the order has been passed by O.P. No. 7 in compliance of the order passed by the Writ Court, no further order is required to be passed in the present application. If the petitioner is aggrieved by Annexure-4 to the present application, he will be at liberty to take legal remedy under the law for the redressal of his grievance.
The present application stands disposed of.
