The petitioners are working in Pandit Yamuna Karzee Jayanti College, Bagahi, Kharauna (Dholi), Muzaffarpur and they have filed this writ petition for a direction upon the respondents to pay their salary.
Admittedly, the college is run by a private Managing Committee and payment of salary is made by the Managing Committee after receiving grant-in-aid from the State of Bihar.
In this view of the fact, I dispose of this writ petition

with a liberty to the petitioners to file petition before the Managing Committee or competent authority of the Government of Bihar in order to agitate the matter that in spite of release of grant-in-aid the Managing Committee is not paying salary to the petitioners.
With the aforesaid liberty, this writ petition is disposed of.
