ORAL ORDER
2 15-09-2020 Heard Mr. Pankaj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for
the petitioners, Mr. J.K. Roy, SC-30 and Mr. Sanjay Pandey, learned counsel for the BPSC.
In view of the subsequent development i.e. the revision of result, the present writ application has lost its significance. However, if the petitioners have any grievance against the revised list, they shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum including the writ jurisdiction for redressal of their grievance.
With the aforesaid, the writ application stands
disposed of.
