(ii) To issue writ in nature of writ of mandamus or any writ order direction directing the Respondent to ensure that mandatorily proper procedure and required the medical examinations of the Prisoner is conducted before filling up the Prisoner Health Screening Form as provided under Rule 52 and Annexure-6 of the Bihar Prison Manual, 2012."
