Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in this writ petition, the petitioners challenged the process of bid for settlement of Sairat but during the pendency of this writ petition, Sairat in question has already been settled in favour of the petitioners and now the writ has become infructuous and the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
Prayer is allowed.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
