Petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to respondent no.4 (District Programme Officer, Kishanganj) to make payment of salary to the petitioner from the month of April, 2017 to May, 2018 for which the petitioner worked but no payment of salary was made to the petitioner. The petitioner has already filed representation before the District Programme Officer, Kishanganj on 23.01.2019 and the same is still pending. Having considered the facts, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the District Programme Officer, Kishanganj to pass order on the representation of the petitioner within two months from today and if the petitioner worked from April, 2017 to May, 2018 and did not make salary to the petitioner, the District Programme Officer is directed to make payment to the petitioner in accordance with law after verifying the facts aforesaid about actual work done by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
