The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have already filed representation for their transfer before the competent authority and this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to dispose of the representation of the petitioners within three months.
Having considered the submission of both sides, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to dispose of the representation of the petitioners within three months from the date of receipt of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
