“For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to immediately repair/replace and make functional the sole CD-4 machine of the sole ART + Centre in Bihar

functioning at Rajender Memorial Research Institute of Medical Science (R.M.R.I.) Patna, which is presently not in operation due to some technical fault for more than last five months.”
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has become infructuous inasmuch as the equipments for treatment of the patients suffering from HIV stand installed.
Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
