4 13-02-2020 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate revision petition under Rule 32(6) of the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016 against the impugned order dated 24.07.2018, passed in Appeal case No. R-309/201617 as also against the order dated 09.08.2016, passed in PDS Appeal case No. 188 of 2014-15 by the learned Collector, Vaishali.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
