Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for
the Accountant General are present before the Court.
The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to pay his post retiral dues.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the entire post retiral dues have already been paid to the

petitioner and the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.
A supplementary counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos.4 and 5 has been filed wherein it is categorically stated that the entire post retiral dues and the dues relating to salary of different period have already been paid to the petitioner.
In view of the assertions made in the counter-affidavit and supplementary counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the State, since the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, the writ petition is disposed of.
