2 20-02-2020 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file appeal against the order dated 06.12.2019 passed by the SubDivisional Officer, Sadar, East Champaran, whereby and whereunder the Fair Price shop license of the petitioner bearing License No. 67 of 2019 has been cancelled.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate appeal against the order dated 06.12.2019.
