“ For direction to respondent No. 2 to notify and not to convert all parks into morning walker park as there should be a place where children to play cricket, football and other outdoor sports for their development which is important for their health and development. And also direction to be given to provide the list of park in Patna at least which are being converted into joggers park.”
From the affidavit filed by the respondents, it
appears that action for development of the parks in Patna Town

have been taken.
Be that as it may, we dispose of the present petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2, namely, Secretary, Sports and culture, Old Secretariat, Patna, for pursuing the public grievances, if any.
Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file a petition afresh, if need so arises.
Interlocutory application, if any, shall stand
disposed of.
