2 18-02-2020 Although the matter appears under the heading “For Office Notes” but on finding that the case was in fact to be listed under the heading “For Admission” and has been wrongly listed under the said head, as prayed by the learned counsel for the parties, the matter has been taken up for consideration.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to seek his remedy before appropriate forum or the Court as the case may be in accordance with law.
