“A. For issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus commanding the respondent No. 2 and 3 to immediately recover and rescue the Respondent No.4 (wife of the petitioner) from the custody of respondent no. 5 and 6 and produce her before this Hon’ble Court.
B. For a further writ or direction to the
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.150 of 2020(5) dt.24-06-2020 2/2
respondent authorities to accompany the wife of the petitioner (Respondent No.4) and provide protection to them.
C. For any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions which may be fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition, wife of the petitioner (respondent No.4) has been rescued and handed over to the petitioner, as such the same has become infructuous.
As prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
