The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with
Special Case No. 9939 of 2019 arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case No. 778 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Allegation is of recovery of 50 litres of country made liqour from the motorcycle of the petitioner and he was arrested on spot.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 10.11.2019.
