counsel for the State.
After some argument, Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application, in connection with S.Tr. No.337 of 2019 arising out of Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. case No.40 of 2019 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gaya, with liberty to the petitioner to raise the questions as involved in the present case during trial of the case.
Permission is accorded.
The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
