The present petition has been filed for restoration of a petition bearing Cr. Misc. No. 77193 of 2019, which was dismissed on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 28.11.2019 passed by this Court.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the aforesaid petition bearing Cr. Misc. No. 77193 of 2019 to its original file.
According, the present petition is allowed and the registry is directed to restore the aforesaid petition bearing Cr. Misc. No. 77193 of 2019 to its original file subject to removal of the defects pointed out by the registry.
