Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.
Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 28.3.2019 in connection with Chousa P.S. Case No. 70/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366(A)/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code was added.
