Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as

learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected by this court, vide order, dated 22.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66001 of 2018 but liberty was granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, if his trial is not concluded within 6 months.

Learned counsel of the petitioner submits that the trial of the petitioner is still pending and he has sufficiently been

punished by remaining in jail custody since long.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P. S. Case No. 432 of 2018.
