2 11-12-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laherisarai P.S. Case No. 182 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 188, 269/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 21 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, altogether small quantity of 200 GM Ganja has been recovered form the possession of the petitioner for which the petitioner has been languishing in judicial custody since 01.04.2020 I..e more than eight months. The petitioner bears clean antecedent. Hence, the

petitioner may be enlarge on regular bail as he has sufficiently been punished for the alleged offence.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI -cum- Special Judge, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 182 of 2020.
