Heard counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Siwan (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 466 of 2019 for offences under Sections 147, 341, 323,324,326,354,379, 506 IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Due to previous enmity the petitioner has been made accused in the instant case. She submits that there is no allegation of assault against this petitioner. The other allegations have been found to be false during the course of investigation.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the fact that there is no allegation of assault against this petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant

anticipatory bail to the petitioner on deposit of cash of Rs. 25,000/-. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Siwan in connection with Siwan (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 466 of 2019, subject to deposit of cash of Rs. 25,000/- and further subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
The deposit of cash of Rs. 25,000/- shall abide by the final outcome of the present pending criminal case.
