Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 6629 of 2018 on 14.03.2018 (Annexure-1) with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within a period of two years, but the trial has not been concluded up-tillnow. Having considered the above facts and
circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Nawada in connection with Sessions Trial No. 674 of 2017/120 of 2017 arising out of Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 83 of 2017.
