Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
Petitioner is in custody in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2020 for the offence under sections 414, of
the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Excise Act, 2016 and Amendment Act, 2018.
In the instant case total 84 liters of liquor was seized from the Alto Car, allegedly used for trade of liquor.
The petitioner is in custody since 20.2.2020.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 20.2.2020,the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise,Kaimur
