The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323,353,504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation and statement of the petitioner having no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia (Bhagalpur) in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No.144 of 2015, subject to the

conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner and also that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
