The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their

arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 113 of

2018 dated 03.04.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 308, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of

the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to have assaulted the

informant leading to simple injuries on the person of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has

submitted that petitioner no. 1 is a student whereas petitioner no. 2 is a parda-nashin lady. The occurrence took place while an effort was made by petitioner no. 1 to pluck mangoes from the tree by throwing bricks. Accidentally, one of the bricks thrown at the mango fruits hit the informant leading to simple injuries.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 113 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down
