This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bidupur P. S. Case No. 441 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 384, 386, 307, 341, 504 and 506/34 of IPC.
There is allegation of demand of one lakh rupees by other accused persons and there is also allegation of firing, causing injury on the hand of the informant.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was only there to pacify the matter in this case. He has no criminal antecedent
Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that all the accused persons came together demanded money and made firing.
Having heard both sides, in view of the allegations, I

am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail.
With the aforesaid, this application is dismissed.
