Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
APP for the State through virtual court proceedings.
The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25 (1)a/25 (1-aa)/ 25 (1-b) a/ 26/ 35 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is of manufacturing and selling the illegal arms and there is recovery of one country made pistol, six half manufactured pistols and six half manufactured barrels.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to enemity. The petitioner was arrested on 10.10.2019 but produced before the Magistrate on 12.10.2019. The seizure list was prepared on 10.10.2019 and the FIR was lodged on

11.10.2019. The petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2019 more than one year. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is mentioned in para 3 of the bail application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Madni Chawki P.S. Case No. 83/2019 to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Lakhisarai.
