8 22-05-2020 Heard Mr. Pushpendra Kumar Singh learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as M/s Usha Kumari No. 1 learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.
At the very outset, learned counsel Sri Pushpendra Kumar Singh appearing for the appellant points out that the appellant has already been acquitted by the trial court after full fledged trial in Sheohar P.S. Case No. 46 of 2016 and, therefore, this appeal has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission, this appeal stands
