Both Letters Patent Appeals are preferred against order dated 27.02.2008, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 13979 of 2007.
It is submitted on behalf of the parties that since during pendency of the appeals, the appellant Om Prakash Verma (of L.P.A.No.240 of 2008) has already superannuated on 31.12.2016, as such, these Letters Patent Appeals have become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the parties, these Letters Patent Appeals stand dismissed as being infructuous.
