On different dates the case was listed for admission. The Court has noticed non-appearance of the counsel for the petitioner and on 30th of July, 2019 this Court had already indicated while adjourning the case for 20thof August, 2019 that in the event no one appears on behalf of the petitioner on that date, the Court will decide the review petition on merit. Despite indulgences granted by this Court no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner today.
The issue as to appointment in response to advertisement No. 210 of 2010 has chequred history. Thrice the matter was taken up to the Supreme Court and on different

occasions the matter was placed before one or the other single Judges or before one or the other Division Benches and thereafter the Staff Selection Commission has prepared a list for filling up 2413 vacancies.
In view of the above, the Court does not find any merit in the review application. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
