Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been paid substantial amount. She submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to raise the issue of unpaid amount to the petitioner and also the issue of wrong calculation by way of filing the representation before the appropriate authority.
