This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.05.2019 passed in Misc. Appeal No. 217 of 2019.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the order dated 17.05.2019 in paragraph No. 2, it has been wrongly recorded as “Title Suit No. 201 of 2013”. same should be “ Title Suit No. 201 of 2018.”
Let the same should be read as “Title Suit No. 201 of
2018.”
In paragraph No. 5, defendants may be read as “defendant No.1” and in same paragraph dealership may be read as “B-site dealership” and also “45 meter x 45 meter =4025” shall be read as “2025 sq meter.”
