“The respondents/Opposite Party No. 2 has deliberately and intentionally violated the order dated 18.04.2016 passed by the Division Bench on 18.04.2016 whereby and whereunder the Hon’ble Court was pleased to dismissed the interlocutory application bearing No. 8644 of 2013 filed by the appellant in LPA No. 1571 of 2013, titled as Bihar School Examination Board vs. Suresh Prasad & Ors. f or interim stay by directing the appellant to “No executive decision the implementation of the writ order can be stayed such an action would be

contemptuous.”
Despite repeated calls, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the opposite parties states that the order dated 18.04.2016 passed in LPA No. 1571 of 2013 titled as Bihar School Examination Board vs. Suresh Prasad & Ors., stands complied with.
As such, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, if so required, before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
