Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Accountant General and learned counsel for the State.

This application under Article 215 of the Constitution of India and Sections 10,11,12 of the Contempt of Courts Act has been filed by the petitioner for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties on account of noncompliance of the judgment dated 23.03.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.1225 of 2015.

At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the application, the directions given in the judgment dated 23.03.2017 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.1225 of 2015 have already been complied with.

In that view of the matter, no case for initiation of contempt proceeding is made out. The application is dismissed.
