2 24-07-2019 After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State, finding that 260 bottles of liquor each containing 300 m.l. have been recovered from the vehicle in question, we are not inclined to modify the conditions imposed in our order dated 21.6.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.11146 of 2018.

of the value of the vehicle as indicated in the insurance document and we are inclined to say so in the present matter also.

On the petitioner's furnishing the bank guarantee to the extent of the value of the vehicle as indicated in the insurance document and on complying with other conditions in terms of our previous order, the vehicle in question shall be released.
