2 17-08-2019 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to move an appropriate application before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in terms of Rule 32 of the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016.
Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the
same.
This writ application is, thus, disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy under the Control Order, 2016 as advised. If the petitioner avails the remedy within a period of thirty days from today, the same will be considered on

its own merit and it will not be rejected on the ground of limitation.
