Petitioners have filed the present application for quashing the order contained in Annexure-4 dated 29.11.2011 passed by the Additional District Judge-IV, Saran at Chapra in Misc. Case No. 01 of 2010. The import of the order in Misc. Case No. 01 of 2010 is stay of Execution Case No. 01 of 2010.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that only on the ground of pendency of Misc. Case N. 01 of 2010 the connected proceedings are pending for the last several years.
On instruction, Mr. Parbat submits that it would be fair in the interest of all concerned that the Court may directs the Additional District Judge, Saran at Chapra to decide Misc. Case No. 01 of 2010 within a reasonable time, if not already decided.
The Court appreciates the fair stand taken by Mr. Mahesh Narayan Parbat and accordingly directs the Additional District Judge, Saran at Chapra to decide the Misc. Case No. 01 of 2010, if not already decided within a period of sixty days

from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
After disposal of miscellaneous case, the other
proceedings will proceed in accordance with law.
