The petitioner has approached this Court for a

direction to the respondent authorities to appoint him as Block Community Mobilizer, for which post he had applied against the Advertisement No. 1/2018. It is stated that persons having obtained lesser marks than him have been appointed whereas for no apparent reason, his claim has been bypassed.

The petitioner, under the aforesaid circumstances, is directed to make a representation before the District

Magistrate-cum-Chairman, District Health Society, Sitamarhi, within a period of four weeks, who on receipt of such representation, shall look into the facts and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks thereafter.
