The petitioner though seeks a direction to the respondents for beautification of Shahid Khudi Ram Bose Chita Bhumi, which according to the petitioner is situated at Khata No. 608, Khesra No. 305 at Mauza Chandwara in the district of Muzaffarpur but the writ petition accompanies no such

document to certify such statement, rather the enclosures to the writ petition show that the freedom fighter died in the jail premises at Muzaffarpur itself.
