Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to SC 4 for the State.

The petitioner has moved the Court for the following relief:

“That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ (s), order (S), direction (S) for quashing the order dated 20.02.2018 passed in supply appeal No. 30/14-15 by District Collector Madhubani whereby and whereunder the learned Collector was pleased to dismissed the abovesaid appeal and after quashing the same respondents be directed to restore the license of P.D.S. Shop bearing license no.24/2007 of petitier and to grant any other consequential benefits for which petitioner may found entitled in accordance with law.”

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition to move before the revisional authority against the appellate order impugned in the present writ petition.

Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

¶24

If such revision is filed before the authority concerned, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by the present order.
