In view of proviso to sub-section (9) of Section 83 of
the Waqf Act, 1995, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to convert this writ application in a civil revision.
Permission is granted.
Let this application be converted in a civil revision application within two weeks from today, failing which this application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
The Stamp Report shall notify the requirements for such conversion.
Learned counsel for the State of Bihar as well as Waqf Board are present.
