It appears that the writ application was filed prematured against the mere recommendation made to the selection committee. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage he has got information that during pendency of the writ application the District Level Selection Committee has already accepted the recommendation and selection made in accordance with law. The person who has been selected is not a party in the writ application.

Learned counsel for the State submits that in case the petitioner will have any grievance against the selection made by the District Level Selection Committee he has got adequate

remedy by filing appropriate appeal in terms of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ application with a liberty to avail such other remedy which may be available to him in accordance with law.

This application is, thus, disposed of as not pressed with liberty as sought for.
