Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that the petitioners stand on the same footing to that of C.W.J.C. No. 20195 of 2011 which was disposed of by oral order dated 22.06.2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that if the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20195 of 2011 is implemented in its true letter and spirit the same may also satisfy the grievance

of the petitioners.
Considering the aforesaid submission, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners, if any person has been granted such benefit, the respondents shall also consider and grant similar relief to the petitioners in the light of the order dated 22.06.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. NO. 20195 of 2011 at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
