Petitioner has prayed for the following relief/s:-
“(A) A mandamus commanding the respondents to hold Election of Ohari PACS (Primary Agricultural Credit Society) at Polling Booth at Pachamba Ravidas Community Hall, Nawada in the District of Nawada.
(B) Any other relief or reliefs which may be granted in the facts and circumstances of the present case may kindly be granted.”
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to
withdraw the present application reserving liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed as
withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
