The petitioner in this writ petition seeks direction to
the respondents to transfer the petitioner in any school situated in Patna.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner filed CWJC No. 22622 of 2018 and this court while disposing of the writ petition directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for transfer on human ground in any school in Patna. Thereafter, the Director, Secondary Education vide order as contained in memo No. 531 dated 30.08.2019 rejected the petition of the petitioner on the

ground that if the petitioner is transferred from his school the teaching works shall be hampered. The rejection of the petition of the petitioner is purely on the administrative ground and in exigency of the smooth function of the school.
Having considered the facts aforesaid, I find no merit
in this writ petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
