State.
The instant writ petition has been filed for direction to respondent authorities for allotment/settlement of part of the Sandi’s compound, Bhagalpur for the purpose to organize Disneyland Fun Fair Mela for the period w.e.f. 01.12.2018 to 15.01.2019 on reasonable rent.
Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the instant writ petition has been filed on 03.12.2018 for grant of permission to organize Disneyland Fun Fair Mela for the period from 01.12.2018 to 15.01.2019. He has further submitted that this writ petition has now become infructuous as the period for

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as
